No more TOTP...

This is sad but true; yesterday the final edition for TOTP was recorded with no more than 200 members of the audience who "enjoyed" the last show co-hosted by Sir Jimmy Savile, its very first presenter, alongside Tony Blackburn and Mike Read.

As usually the show will air for the last time this Sunday, for the last time, and it won't include any live acts; instead it will feature some footage of the Spice Girls, Madonna..

Pictured above: Madonna (One of the living pop wonders)

There's no doubt that this will mark a huge gap in the pop scene; which seems to be fading away with the disappearance of "cheesy" bands while "real" bands are increasing its popularity out of the nowhere.

Summer...was here

The weather here hasn't been as good as in the rest of the world.. this week-end was a rainy one + we never got to see the sun; and today everything seemed to go the right way when the sun was shining in the sky after 2 days but then, once again, the weather turned cold as soon as it disappeared while the dark clouds led the way for a cold and rainy day.

Girls Aloud appreciation post!

So as you might be thinking today nothing interesting happened in my life so I decided to create this appreciation post for UK girl band Girls Aloud; why are they wicked? well for those of you who haven't realized pop is almost dead right now and Girls Aloud IS a pop band with amazing songs which have weird but cool lyrics + they're able to sing live but don't do it that often just to follow the classic POP protocol. Recently one of the members, Cheryl Tweedy, married Arsenal player Ashley Cole (above) and eventhough this seems to be the end of the group the girls insist that they will continue together.

Bubblegum vodka..

Today I celebrated a friend's b-day with all my mates; it was really nice 'cos we went to an Italian restaurant and then we went to a pub to have a few drinks lol which was really cool 'cos I tried this drink called "Bubblegum Vodka" which I have never tried; and I have to say that it was delicious :O + it had a bubblegum attached to the mixing stick, u can see that on my pic.

This is for the good times..

"Life has never been logical

You can feel like a criminal

Doing things that are natural

Tell me do you understand ?

Everybody's got ups and downs, yeah

Your whole world just turns around

You need somebody to trust in you

When tomorrow comes

Living each day as if it's the last

It's what I sould do , but I know

Today has just passed

Is it all wrong ? Is it all right?

Is it all black ?Is it all white?

Should I turn left ? or should I turn right ?

Say It's Alright"

(I*Dream - "Say It's Alright")

Well this song means a lot to me because it's just really funny how life can change and sometimes it happens when u're not expecting it so we all have to be strong and just follow our hearts 'cos that's the only way for expressing what we feel.

(Sorry that I didn't post a pic, but that service is down at the moment)

Hello all!

So this is my first post: ahh.. how nice it feels lol. This week-end was a weird one; it had loads of "high-lights" although not everything was bright; I was able to download S Club's final performance ever!! (I was kinda gutted when I saw it) + I heard "Je t'adore" by Kate Ryan here in Mexico :S + I bought Liberty X's DVD "Just a little Tour" after waiting a long time for amazon to have it in-stock; but what was kinda sad about this week-end is that I nearly lost my hand fingers because of the electric gate, which leads to the garage of my house, 'cause it was opened by my father with the remote control while my fingers were trying to open it directly from the motor of the gate which started to work when my father pressed the button of the remote control and my fingers were near to it!, nothing happened but it was scary thinking about it.. lol and to make things even worse Shayne Ward's third single didn't do as well as the previous ones; it charted @ no. 14 !!! (maybe the song isn't his best one but he's soo gorgeous!!)
